He has to be smart and stick to what he's best at though. Im picking Duraev because i think that when he puts it all together, hes a slightly better fighter than Park. That same eye has caused Duraev problems numerous times now so it could come in to play again if hes not careful. Fight was eventually stopped due to eye swelling. He got lit up by Buckley in a fight that had bad blood going in. Recently Duraev, has tended to stand against better strikers. Duraev is a much better wrestler than Anders. Park also tends to stand pretty flat footed which i think will play into Duraevs game. I dont think this will work against Duraev who has actual wrestling ability. Park is good with ground and pound when he gets the fight to the floor, but his takedowns are not very sharp.
I think both these guys are each others first proper grappler challenge. He tends to leave his chin pretty high up with little head movement. He has a good chin which hasnt really been tested a ton, other than the robocop fight, in which he was eventually finished. Park likes to stand and bang, even if his last 2 fights would suggest otherwise. Park's biggest win was against Barriault in my opinion. I feel like in terms of skill, Duraev has faced the better opponents recently. Both these guys last couple of fights have been against predominantly strikers.
